These terms apply to your use of groovegrind.co and to orders placed with Groove Grind Coffee Co., 32-53 82nd Street, Jackson Heights, NY 11370, United States.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, and our refund policy.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We charge the price shown at checkout, plus shipping and any tax calculated there.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or if payment cannot be verified.

Payment is collected through Shopify checkout. You agree to provide a valid payment method and an accurate shipping address in the country you select.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the shipment delivered to the address you provided.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
