Refunds

This policy covers orders placed with Groove Grind Coffee Co. through groovegrind.co. Refunds are issued in US dollars (USD).

You may return unworn apparel and unused accessories within 30 days of delivery. Items need their original tags and must be in their original condition.

We refund the item price to the original payment method. You pay return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Coffee and other food are perishable. We do not accept change-of-mind returns once the package has been opened.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we approve a claim that does not require one.
